Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Includes diagnostic evaluation, laboratory work-up, and first prescription of medications.*
*Needs to be a medication that is prescribed and agreed upon by the provider and patient mutually, and may be a reimbursement from pharmacy of choice
Follow-up Appointments & Med management
Centered around evaluation of treatment and medication changes when applicable. A meeting every two weeks for the first month then gradually reducing frequency based on your response to treatment.
Follow-up Appointments & Med Management and E-therapy Gold Plan
12 total one-one sessions (one-on-one sessions may be combined with follow-up appointments and med management to optimize your care) (4 month commitment required for optimal outcome)
FDA Approved Telehealth ADHD Testing
Ages 6 to 60 years old | positive evaluation & testing will include:
- a complimentary signed letter from medical provider for special accommodations for your job and/or school.
- The letter will also provide justification for medication needs and /or adjustments.
- We use the only ADHD test to measure actual movements (others only document inattention/impulsivity)
- We use the only ADHD test to be FDA-cleared for treatment response testing
- We use the only ADHD test that can be administered via telehealth
Evaluation up to 45 mins testing 15 to 20 minutes Total time approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs.
